Matthieu Sauvet is the controller for the processing described below. The address hello@matthieusauvet.dev is reserved for professional enquiries, personal-data questions and the exercise of the rights described below. It must not be used for unsolicited commercial outreach.

Email enquiries

Data sent to the contact address is used to answer enquiries, prepare a potential contractual relationship and keep track of the exchange. Depending on the context, the legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract or the legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries.

Prospect correspondence may be retained for up to three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention.

Technical logs

OVHcloud may process technical data such as IP address, request date and time and browser information to operate and secure the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic and understand which pages and interactions are useful. Online identifiers, device and browser information, visited pages, usage events and approximate location data may be processed.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Advertising signals, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in this website’s integration. User and event data retention in the Analytics property is set to two months.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

No Google Analytics tracker is loaded before consent. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy. The choice can be changed at any time and is stored locally in the browser for six months.
